Every item we sell comes with our 30-day guarantee against defects.  If a product is defective in any way, please call (714) 736-0302 to speak to a technical support representative.  Upon verification, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  An RMA is valid for 30 days.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF INVOICE AND EXTENDED WARRANTY POLICY

• Any items returned or exchanged that are not defective will be charged up to 20% of the item price as a restocking fee.
• Some customers choose to order back up cartridges that might not be used within the 60 day window.  In this case you have the option to pay for a 6-month extended warranty for $5.99.

All returns are subject to the following:

l All products must be returned in original packaging.  Shipping and handling charges are refundable for defective products only. 

l Consumables are not refundable unless returned unopened in original packaging with documentation. 

l Once you receive the return label, we must receive the defective cartridge no later than 30 days after you receive an RMA.  If we do not receive the item you will NOT receive your refund and you will be charged for any replacements sent to you.

Your satisfaction is so important to us; we’ll even pay if you decide to send a product back!  Return an item for an exchange or refund during your evaluation period, and we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. 

Other Items (Electronic Products) Return Policy

l Items other than Ink and Toner have a 14-day return policy.  Please make sure that it is in “like-new” condition, pack it in securely in the original packaging, and call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number

l We’ll gladly exchange it or give you a refund for the full amount of the merchandise (not including original shipping).

l At Yourcartridges.com, we want to be sure that every purchase you make is the right one for you. When you’re happy, then we are happy. But if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, return it within the applicable time frame, with your original receipt, packing slip, or e-mail confirmation. We will gladly refund your money, exchange the item, or issue you a credit within 30 days of purchase with the following

Exceptions:

l Desktop computers, monitors, printers, scanners, faxes, handheld computers, all-in-one machines, and all consumer electronics must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a full refund, exchange or credit.

l  Return/exchange requests not qualify under Yourcartridges.com, Inc. return policy might qualify for service or repair under the appropriate manufacturer’s warranty. Please call 714-447-3810 for assistance in locating the manufacturer.
